Peanut Butter
Energy Balls
Ingredients:

2/3 cups of peanut butter

1/2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup of whole oats

1/2 cup of ground flax seeds

2 tablespoons of honey
Instructions:

Combine all 5 ingredients in a medium bowl. Stir to combine. Place in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes to make rolling easier.

Form balls with the mixture and store them in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Asian Peanut Butter sauce
Ingredientes:

½ cup of peanut butter

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 garlic clove
-
½ cup of milk or water
-
1 teaspoon of maple syrup
-
1 teaspoon of line juice
-
1/2 teaspoon of dried ginger
-
Optional: for an extra kick, add 1-2 teaspoons of sriracha sauce.
Instructions:

In a food processor or blender, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, milk (or water), maple syrup, lime juice, and ginger.

Process or blend until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well incorporated.

Taste the sauce and adjust the flavors as needed. If you want it spicier, add sriracha sauce to taste.

Transfer the sauce to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Serve the Asian peanut sauce as a dressing for salads, a dipping sauce for spring rolls, a dip for raw vegetables, or as a tasty condiment for Asian-inspired dishes.
Energy Cookies
Ingredientes:

1 cup of peanut butter

1 big egg
-
2/3 cup of maple syrup

1/2 cup of oats
Instrucciones:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, egg, and maple syrup. Mix well until thick.

Gradually add the oats until the mixture becomes thick. The consistency should be similar to sticky cookie dough.

Using a spoon, place heaping tablespoons of the mixture on a greased baking tray.

Use your hands to gently form balls and press lightly to flatten.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until cooked through. Let cool and enjoy!
